端午节 2007

每逢佳节,身为游子的我,都会与三两好友度过。有时在他家BBQ啦, 有时在她家开party啦,有时灯笼制作比赛啦,有时pot luck啦,总之就是会想办法尽情的玩得不亦乐乎。当然今年的端午节也不例外。

2007年6月19日,农历(即阴历)为五月初五,是纪念屈原的端午节。端午节呢,赛龙舟和肉粽 (BAK ZANG) 是大家所熟悉的传统仪式和美食。当然,时常都没有运动的我们,赛龙舟对我们来说就太大阵仗了 small case。那今年我们就只好,专攻肉粽!

今年的口号是:我要吃 BAK ZANG ! 

对,就是要吃 BAK ZANG ! 而且是吃很多很多种的那种。 ä½†è¦åŽ»å“ªé‡Œåƒï¼Ÿ 有一个地方专卖 BAK ZANG 的,我在报纸看过。一年多前就在pandah indah and pandah jaya 用了两个小时找,还是找没有;隔几天第二次再去,也无功而返。

一年多后,终于让我找到那间店的电话了,三顾茅庐将会历史重演!

travel from KL at nite on 30 Apr, reached hometown in the middle of nite. woke up at 830am to wash car la, clean rims & tyre la, bath la, comb hair la, wear nice nice la, knn, working also never be so serious and semangat like this before.

this was the second time i joined the JB sport car club gathering. they gather in JB at nite most of the time. this time is different, bcos of the wedding ceremony, the motorcade will travel in day time from Johor Bahru  -> Pontian -> Ayer Baloi

motorcade arrived in ayer baloi, and people there has already reserved a place for us to park the cars.


it was so crowdy, i supposed all people in this neighbourhood is here. following the troops with the rhythm of kompangs, a traditional Malay hand drum.
drink and nasi beryani was served.


handsome groom and pretty bride, wish them together happily ever after.
i was so surprise when hearing fluent mandarin coming out from bride's mouth. wah lao, she can speak mandarin very well. luckily.. didnt say anything bad -.-


after group photos, ready to ride back. he is jimmy, the guy in white shirt, standing beside busy road, so wanted to go n ask him whether the road is his ah-kong's one

very nice and exciting experience, especially when driving back. the motorcade overtook the car in front from left right within few seconds, siiuum siuumm siummm the sound when passing by the car together with the turbo blow-off psssst… psssst… psssst…
